Born in Sudbury, Ontario Caelen has been successfully performing his
​guitar music for 50 years throughout Canada, the US & worldwide.


Playing & performing guitar since the age of 11, his professional career began
​in the early 1970's, when he was the guitarist for famed ​pop music group,
​The Platters. Soon after, he toured Eastern Canada with the combo-core of
​the legendary Motown Orchestra.


Since 2003, he's focused on the instrumental acoustic aspect of his guitar music
​as a soloist & in collaborations with a variety of singers & instrumentalists.
​Recently, Caelen has toured & performed in Wales UK & in the US in Hawaii,
​Arizona & Atlanta, GA.


Named for his great-grandfather, a prominent and influential Saskatchewan Chief,
​Caelen credits his Aboriginal roots with providing him with a spiritual base for
his life & his music.   ​​He now calls Victoria, British Columbia his home.
